General Returns, Exchange & Refund:

Littolo House endeavours to ensure that every transaction at the online store is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, Littolo House does not accepts the returns of the products except the cases mentioned below:

If the product is incorrectly delivered (product(s) not matching the item(s) in the order confirmation) or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then the policy provides for re-fulfillment of the order or extending a full refund at the discretion of Littolo House.

Products are eligible for returns if products received by the customer are physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or is totally different from their description on the product details page on the website; www.littolo.house but for the products which are handmade may not exactly match with the one shown in image due to inherited limitations.

Return will be processed only if:

(i) it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession;

(ii) the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;

(iii) the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual or warranty card if any and all the accessories therein).

(iv) Return has been initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page or bought in discount cannot be returned.

Goods are deemed to have a defect if they are received by the customer in a damaged condition or where there is a manufacturing defect. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. A defective product can only be exchanged against the same product in the same size, subject to product availability. A full refund against the same may only be made at the discretion of Littolo House if the same product is not available in stock.

Product Colours: Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the end result may vary.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted.

To report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care at order-update@littolo.house within 24 hours of delivery. Please share the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and images of the incorrectly delivered or defective item.

How To Send In Your Return

To ship an item back to Littolo House please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice that you are returning the item(s).
  2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and affix the printed address sticker.
  3. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
  • Reverse Pickup: We shall arrange the reverse pickup for the selected locations / postal codes.
  • Self-ship: It we are not able to arrange due to non serviceable postal codes & in this case customer need to self-ship the products, the same should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. We would pay for the shipping costs for all self-ship returns to the payment mode after confirmation. Littolo.House may issue a Rs.200 discount voucher for your next purchase on case to case basis.

Approval Process

You must get pre-approval for returns by emailing us at order-update@littolo.house with shipping details. Pre-approval process must be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the item. Customer must ship the wrong item back in same condition & packaging within 7 days of receiving the approval for returns. If we find that the item has been used and cannot be resold and not in original condition we will not refund for the product.

Littolo House reserves the right to accept/reject any exchanges, refunds, claims and returns. Each request is handled on a case by case basis and the customer is expected to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Exchange

Littolo House endeavors to ensure to deliver same product ordered. Littolo House does not have exchange policy in regular course of business except as specified in Returns.

Refund

Littolo House endeavors to ensure inventory to be in stock. Most of the orders processed on next business day but in case the product is out of stock we shall intimate & confirm with the customer through email / WhatsApp and issue the refund in full for the proportionate items not shipped to the same payment mode from which payment received.

Store Coupon

We will send you an email / WhatsApp message when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store coupon will be issued in form of a gift card, you will receive a confirmation email / WhatsApp message regarding the same.

Validity of store coupon is for 3 months from date of issue.

EXCEPTIONS

  • SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refunded as store coupon.

Note : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

Cancellation Policy:

We, the team at Littolo.House, not only believe in selling high quality products, but also believe in delivering customer service excellence. Despite striving continuously to serve our customers better, there are times when you might want to cancel or return your product(s) for circumstances beyond control.

We have listed everything below in detail for an easy and smooth process in case you do feel the need to cancel your order or seek refunds.

Only Pre-Shipment Cancellations permissible except Advance Booking after deducting cancellation charges @11.8% (Including applicable GST) of Order Value or Rs.500 whichever is higher plus with outward & inward shipping charges.

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, you can choose to cancel your unprocessed order & only if done within 1 hour of placing an order. Refund of your money will be initiated after deducting payment gateway charges and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail / WhatsApp. Please note that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 1-24 hours of the order placement.

Q: Can I cancel my order for Pre-booking / Advance Booking of Product/s?

No, you can not cancel the order of Pre-booked or Advance Booking as Littolo House plan to procure / manufacture the products based on advance / pre booking of the products. Still if you wish to cancel the order, Order Cancellation charges of 35.4% (including Applicable GST) of the order value shall be deducted & balance can be refunded to your preferred mode of payment. 

Q: Why can’t we cancel after 24 hours?

We believe in faster delivery at your doorstep and to ensure the same the process of procurement, picking, packing, in short the preceding steps start the very next minute of your order placement and hence the deadline.

Q: And what if I want to cancel after 24 hours of ordering?

  1. Yes it’s possible. For orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation or dispatch whichever is earlier, our team deals with the same on a case-to-case basis depending on the status of your order at that point.
  2. We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of a Coupon only after deducting handling charges. This Coupon is redeemable on our website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.
  3. In case Customer requires refund in Bank, it shall be refunded after deducting 23.6% (Including applicable GST) of the order value or Rs.500 whichever is higher plus outward & inward shipping charges & payment gateway charges as handling charges in case of domestic orders.And in case of international orders 23.6% (Including applicable GST) of the order value or 100$ whichever is higher plus outward & inward shipping charges & payment gateway charges as handling charges.
  4. Please note that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post receiving your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail (help@littolo.house).
  5. Handling Charges are as mention herein at point number 3.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged at Littolo House Store.
